Hi There,

I have used the simple and i believe the best method of Using these functions in GridView from your Website.

I am facing Few problems in GridView. One is I want to put Validators in the TextBoxes of Edit, and AddNew. My Problem, i am not able to use Validators in Both Edit and Footer Template.

That is because if i give the property CauseValidation True in Update Link Button and AddNew Link Button, the Validators are fired when its not suppose to. That is if i click the Addnew Link Button the Validators for Update Textboxes are fired, and viceversa.

I am also not able to use DatePickers in the GridView. The Image of the Calender is distorted and not Clear, I am not using any specific CSS stylesheet.
The Stylesheet of the Datepicker is within its dll file.

Again i dont know how can i solve this problem too.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Cheers
Menon

hi,

thanks for posting in our website. Actually your problem is not clear. So please post some of your source code so that we can understand ur problem bit better.

then you mentioned about DatePicker. is it 3rd party control and in-built asp.net web control. please clear about this.

We are also working for an article with Validation controls within the GridView, which is soon going to be released, we hope it will help you more.

Thanks.
