 how to make a multilingual site in with c#

when user selects the language from dropdown list control either english or arabic whole site should be in arabic or english

if he selects the arabic as a language then all text should come from right to left direction

using with c#

can you help by giving the steps for this. or simple example

You need to add Resources.resx in the App_LocalResources and Culture setting in the web page.. You have to keep different Resources.resx for different language such as arabic.. then you need to set the default culture and then change the default culture setting to arabic .. involves simple codes, but more work on Resources.resx side.
