i have the web.config as follows

but my question is that when ever i create a user its password will store in database in
clear text like"harekrushna" but whenever i click on forgot passowrd for password recovery then
it mathches all three steps for password recovery but the new password is created in encripted format how can i store a newly generated password in clear format

is it not possible for storing a passoword in Clear format in recovering password
