There is a modal panel which was created with the help of a modalPopupExtender. There is also an updatePanel and a GridView on it. Selecting a row in the GridView raises postback what sets the position of modal panel to default value (center of the screen). How to restore position at the moment of postback?

Cannot Restore Modal Popup Position

Hi,

A modal popup extender is a client-side window, which cannot be retained after postback. You can retain it only by programatically, calling the ModalPopupId.show() method on the page load javascript event. Please check this as I'm not aware much about the restoring the position of the ModalPopup after postback.

Thanks.
